PROBLEMS CONNECTING ... No Worries...

1. Please make sure you're connected to the Internet.

Check to see if your modem & router on on and flashing.

2. Sometimes, your iChat program is hidden. We need to unhide it.

This is going to be easy. Go to the iChat menu & go down to "Accounts" and make sure your name has a check box next to it. If it does, then uncheck it.

Then Quit iChat. When you re-start it, return to File, Accounts and re-check your account.

3) If you don't see anything but "Bonjour", then that means you haven't set up an account yet.
